Gorosabel Aplicaciones industriales is the unit of Gorosabel Group specialized in customized machinery development, according to the customers´ needs. Handling systems

Automatic flange handling system  For handling steel flanges 150 kg. in weight.  Inlet flange conveyor-store.  NC gantry for feeding, loading and unloading workpieces on and off the different machines.  Numerically-controlled double-spindle drill.  Press.  Outlet conveyor-store. 2. Handling systems

Loading and unloading robot  Robot for automatic loading and unloading of machines press and transfer.  Inlet belt conveyor-store.  Very few adjustments required when changing the workpiece model.  Automatic set up of pick-up and release points according to the new part dimensions. 2. Handling systems

Flange handling system  Maximum piece diameter 1000 mm, maximum weight kg.  Loading platform.  Cleaning unit.  Rinsing unit.  Drying unit.  Painting system.  Draining unit.  Store for pieces in drying process.  Checking point.  Exit conveyor unit.  NC gantry X-Y-Z axes with x x working surface.  Gantry equipped with one own-designed hook. 2. Handling systems

Aluminium Rims machining line  Rim loading system with lift that shows the rims raising them from down position to where the rims circulate to the different existing cells. Lineal movement to load the centre-unit and vision.  Centre-unit and vision Once the rim is situated in this unit, it is centred automatically thanks to a universal auto-centring claw system. A vision system is also installed to detect non correct rim types. If the model is the correct one, an automatic facing system starts taking into account the po-sition where the drilling process for valve will be done.  Handling Robot 6 NC Axis robot equipped with a pneumatic auto-centre gantry that feeds a lathing machines and a machining centre. The rim that has been oriented in the centre- unit and vision is loaded in both machines for the total machining process.  NC lathe  Machining Centre  Exit conveyor unit The robot puts the finished rims in the exit conveyor that takes them out of the line. 2. Automatic machining of rotation parts  Workpiece outside diameters ranking from 20 to 120 mm.  Automatic loading and unloading by means of a numerically- controlled double-clamp gantry.  Vibrating belt conveyor.  High-speed spindle. 3. Machining machinery

Automatic driving nut machining machine  Automatic nut-threading machine for up to 50 mm diameter and 15 mm lead recirculation ball nuts.  NC horizontal lathe.  The tool is a corrected-form end mill.  Hydraulic workpiece clamping fisture. 3. Machining machinery

Machining centre for flat grinding wheels  Inlet workpiece lift-store.  Rough part measuring system.  NC two-axes gantry.  Unloading gantry.  Workpiece turning unit.  Double horizontal and vertical machining unit.  Outlet conveyor. 3. Machining machinery

Silicon parts machining centre  Numerically-controlled four-axes machining centre.  Tool magazine and automatic tool change.  Automatic laser tool measurement.  High-speed electrospindle.  Interconnected to robot and central management computer. 3. Machining machinery

Internal diameter mastic sealing machine  Electronic regulation of the putty outlet pressure.  Numerical control-operated vertical movement of the gun.  Pneumatic dead centre.  Numerical control-monitored rotational speed of workpiece. 3. Machining machinery

Edge milling machine  9000 mm work surface (machining applications from 3,5 to 12 metros).  Double cross axes.  Double Milling Head.  Piece fixing triple-system.  Protective door for Milling unit.  Long-axis fixing at required distance, pieces loading, fixing thanks to an hydraulic system, tool rotation, axes towards movement and piece machining.  Piece unloading. 3.
