Inventions of the 1920’s By: Ashley, Alexis and Esperanza.

Medical Aid/Health Band aids  Invented by: Earle Dickson made the 1 st band aid for his wife with gauze and tape. Later he started selling them with Johnson and Johnson as band aids and they became a HUGE hit. Medicine  Penicillin: Invented by: Alexander Fleming in 1928 people didn’t start using it until after WW1 for an emergency drug.  Insulin: invented by: Alexander Fleming,Used for diabetic patience. This became a big thing during the great depression.

Technology. Radio/Television transmission: invented by: Ernest Alexander. Traffic Lights: Invented by: William Potts. Cars were hitting off and we needed roads and traffic lights to regulate drivers. Bulldozer: invented by: Benjamin Holt. America was hitting a big growth spurt, and we needed more advanced materials to further our operation of America.

Interesting Inventions! Hair Dryer: Invented by: Alexander Godefoy. Q-tip: Invented by: Leo Gerstenzany wife. Bread slicer: Invented by: Otto Fredrick Rowedder.

Food. Mc Donald's: Mc Donald's came up with the delicious cheeseburger. Frozen food: invented by: Clarence Birdseye, he first started by packaging meat and veggies in preserved waxed-cardboard cartons. Kool aid: Invented by: Edwin Perkins. Kool aid use to have only Cherry, Lemon-Lime, Grape, Orange, Root Beer, Strawberry, and Raspberry.
