The top of the panel must contain: The presented heading figure, The title of the work (use ARIAL 72), The names of the authors (use ARIAL 48) in the presented format, Affiliation (use ARIAL 36, Bold), and The first author (use ARIAL 36, Italic) References must include 1 to 5 items. A font size suggestion is 36. Use at least 28. Following, the IFAC Format Specification: In the text the surname of the author and the year of publication of the reference should be given. Two or more references by the same authors published in the same year should be differentiated by letters a, b, c, etc. For references with more than two authors, text citations should be shortened to the first name followed by et al. Only essential references, which are directly referred to in the text, should be included in the reference list. References must be listed in alphabetical order at the end of the paper. References to the same author(s) should be in chronological order. Journal references should include: author’s surname and initials; initials and surnames of remaining authors; year of publication (in brackets); article title (where provided); abbreviated journal title (in italics); volume number and page numbers. References to books should include: author’s surname and initials; initials and surnames of remaining authors; year of publication (in brackets); book title (in italics); name of the publisher and place of publication. References to multi-author works should include after the year of publication: chapter title (where provided); "In:" followed by book title (in italics); initials and name(s) of editors(s) in brackets; volume number and pages; name of the publisher and place of publication. CONCLUSIONS REFERENCES Some suggestions: Hypotheses, Graphs, and Tables: If clearly stated and simply displayed, these allow the reader to understand the research without extensive written explanation. Briefly identify the research design and relevant literature as well. Clear Sequence: The layout of findings should follow a logic sequence. Numbering figures or using arrows greatly aids the reader's understanding. Avoid Clutter: Do not clutter the presentation with too many figures and avoid too much written material. A simple and clean poster is easier to present. As a suggested layout, the body of the poster can contain the following sections: Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusions, References, Acknowledgements. Fonts: When choosing fonts for your poster, ensure they are easy to read in large blocks of text. Avoid fonts that are hard to read or distracting from the actual content of the poster. A font size suggestion is 36. Use at least 28. Poster must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. This means that one of the authors must be present for discussions during the poster session. Poster session is an opportunity for authors to present their work and to have contact with other researchers. For attendees, it is a chance to ask in-depth questions for the authors. Thus, as a presenter, it is important that your work is clearly presented, and attracts people who may be interested in your field of study. The flow of the poster should be from top left to bottom right. If the flow is not obvious, you can include arrows or numbers. The poster should cover the key points of your work. It need not include all details; you can personally describe details to people who are interested. A good poster is thought to attract attention, provide an overview and summary of your work, and initiate a discussion. Use color and highlighting to make your poster more attractive and compelling. Use pictures, diagrams, drawings, or figures rather than text whenever possible.
