Format of the Bibliography Cards for books Name of the author (last name first) Title of the book (underlined) Place of publication (city) Name of the publisher Year of publication (most recent year) PLEASE NOTE: A comma is placed between the author’s last and first names. A period is placed after the author’s name and the book’s title. Be sure to underline the book’s title.
