Disadvantages: Patients with the disease of interest may not be available in the clinic. Many of the patients suffer from combination of diseases. Sometimes the patient or his relatives do not agree to participate in the scientific experiment. Risk for the patient if wrong diagnosis and/or wrongly applied treatment protocol.

No problems related with permission of the patient or his/her relatives fo participate in the research. No problem with accompanying diseases. Disadvantages: One has to set a meeting with the actor. Limited number of actors with particular disease. High cost of the interview with actor. Limited period of time for communication with the actor. If the interview is via Skype, requirements to the computer skills, hardware and software. Requirements for high-speed and stable internet- connection.
