A very cloudy sky towards the East on March 25th.
Almost time of Sunrise and still nothing visible
The First gimpse of the Sun. Very Faint
Sunrise hardly visible to the naked eye
As expected the Sun behind the peak of Sri Pada
It would have been so nice if it was clear even like on 24th
Difficult to point camera and get good focus on faint Sunrise
Clicking away as fast as can. Hope Auto-focus is working
I had to enhance the contrast to brighten up the Sun
This is hardly worth while. But something better than nothing
Two birds cross the line of sight
Sri Pada barely visible as Sun rises above it
Camera can hardly focus
Gone. End of event. Better luck next year

Conditions ideal for Photographing Sunrise behind Sri Pada No clouds in foreground which may rise as they are warmed by the rising Sun. Some haze behind Sri Pada to act as a filter on bright Sunlight but leave it clearly visible. Before Sunrise be at a location with a clear view of eastern horizon, correct for that day. A Camera with at least 20X zoom, and a tripod.
