Agrartechnik Hohenheim 4 Introduction The main task of the milking parlor constructions sub- model is to assist in planning and designing the milking center The sub-model (part 1) assists in deciding the values of the concrete layer dimensions of cow platform, alleys, parlor rooms, and collecting yard The model calculates the volume of the required concrete, and then the required amount of cement, iron rods, sand, and gravels. Subsequently, the model calculates the costs

Agrartechnik Hohenheim 5 Two designs of parlor constructions were configured MS-Excel is used to develop an electronic spark map (decision tree) Material and Methods A mathematical model was developed using the design parameters of the concrete constructions to calculate the required amount of building materials and the costs The mathematical model is then integrated into the spark map C# language is used to develop the expert system
