Smart Text Entry Smart Text Entry decreases data entry errors and ensures accurate grading Smart Entry anticipates what the user is keying and provides a drop-down menu of choices. The drop-down menus is NOT a “help” tool that narrows down the choices, it simply allows the use to choose from a list of all accounting terms within the Aplia software. When a text entry is misspelled, the text color changes to red. Smart Entry decreases data entry errors and ensure accurate grading. It also ensures that the students’ scores are reflective of their content knowledge rather than their spelling or keyboarding skills. Misspelled word? Text changes to RED

Exercise Instructions The student sees the entire problem. No need to look back and forth from the accounting book to the working papers.

Practice Assignment Fill in the numbers and “check Answer.”

Students Receive Immediate Feedback Checked problem.
