Social Studies: What do we cover in eighth grade?

North Carolina History life in the region prior to the Revolutionary Period the Revolution and the Constitutional Period in NC and the new nation reform and expansion in NC during the first half of the 19th century the Civil War and Reconstruction in NC and the nation political, economic, social, and technological changes on life in NC from 1870 to 1930 immediate and long-term effects of the Great Depression and World War II on NC NC during the postwar period to the 1970's. developments in NC since the 1970's active citizenship, past and present, at the local and state levels
