Proceedings, broadcasting and video record Proceedings will be published by World Scientific with a hard copy with CD to each delegate - cost per copy 15 USD for first 400 copies, then 7.50 USD including postage – open access on All talks broadcasted with VRVS with a capacity of order 100 lines – supported by VRVS organization - on average 20 lines have been in use at any time and sofar in total ca 100 persons have followed part of the conference over the internet. A premier – no cost. This time only one-way – next time two-way? All talks video recorded and now accessible on the web and eventually possibly on a DVD.
