Using your iPod to… PowerPoint  Exporting: File>Save As Choose JPEG file from the Drop-Down list Choose “Every Slide” and save in folder named “Powerpoint Title”  Importing into your iPod In iTunes select the iPod icon in the Source pane. Select the Photo Tab Sync photos from “PowerPoint Title folder Right Click in iTunes the iPod icon in the Source pane. Choose “Sync” iTunes will transfer your photos.

Using your iPod to… Notes .txt files  Hard Drive/ Storage  Select the iPod icon in the Source pane.  Click the Summary tab.  Select "Enable disk use" or "Manually manage songs and playlists".

Using your iPod to… View Photos  Create a folder on your hard drive named “iPod Photos” and copy photos you want on your iPod there.  In iTunes select the iPod icon in the Source pane.  Select the Photo Tab  Sync photos from My Pictures (folder your iPod photos folder is in)  Choose “Selected folders”  Right Click in iTunes the iPod icon in the Source pane. Choose “Sync” iTunes will transfer your photos.

Using your iPod to… Address Book (from iTunes for Windows)from iTunes for Windows  Open Microsoft Outlook.  Click Contacts.  Select one of your contacts that you want to add to your iPod.  On the File menu, click Save As.  In the resulting window, click My Computer.  Double-click the iPod disk icon.  Double-click Contacts to open the folder.  Choose vCard files (*.vcf) from the Save as type menu at the bottom of the window.  Click Save.

Using your iPod as a storage Calendar (from iTunes for Windows)from iTunes for Windows  Open Microsoft Outlook.  Click Calendars.  Select the calendar that contains the events that you want on your iPod.  Click an event that you want to put on your iPod.  On the File menu, click Save As.  In the resulting window, click My Computer.  Double-click the iPod disk icon.  Double-click Calendars to open the folder.  Choose iCalendar files (*.ics) from the Save as type menu at the bottom of the window.  Click Save.  Repeat steps 4 through 10 for all calendar events that you want on your iPod.
