حياة الفرح Life of Joy

سبعة ايام تعيّد للرب الهك في المكان الذي يختاره الرب لان الرب الهك يبارك في كل محصولك وفي كل عمل يديك فلا تكون الا فرحا. (تث 16: 15) Seven days you shall keep a sacred feast to the LORD your God in the place which the LORD chooses, because the LORD your God will bless you in all your produce and in all the work of your hands, so that you surely rejoice.  (Deut 16: 15)

1- إبدأ يومك بفرح 1- Start Your Day with Joy باكر Prime Prayer انجيل Bible تسبحة Praises انا احب الذين يحبونني والذين يبكّرون اليّ يجدونني. (ام 8: 17)  I love those who love me, And those who seek me diligently will find me. (Pro 8: 17)

1- إبدأ يومك بفرح 1- Start Your Day with Joy باكر Prime Prayer انجيل Bible تسبحة Praises حتى يعلم انه يجب ان نسبق الشمس الى شكرك ونحضر امامك عند شروق النور (حكمة 16: 28)  This was to teach us that we must get up before daybreak to give you thanks, and pray as the sun comes up. (Wisdom 16:28)

2- تعود الشكر والتسبيح 2- Get used to Thankfulness &Praises يا رب افتح شفتيّ فيخبر فمي بتسبيحك.(مز 15: 15) O Lord, open my lips, And my mouth shall show forth Your praise. (Psa 51: 15) شاكرين كل حين على كل شيء في اسم ربنا يسوع المسيح للّه والآب. (اف 5: 20)  Giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ (Eph 5: 20) افرحوا كل حين.  صلوا بلا انقطاع. اشكروا في كل شيء.لان هذه هي مشيئة الله في المسيح يسوع من جهتكم.(تس 5: 16 – 18) Rejoice always,  pray without ceasing,  in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thes 5: 16 - 18)

3- تعود العطاء والسخاء 3- Get used to Giving & to Generosity المعطي فبسخاء.المدبر فباجتهاد.الراحم فبسرور. (رو 12: 8) He who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.(Rom 12: 8) وان يصنعوا صلاحا وان يكونوا اغنياء في اعمال صالحة وان يكونوا اسخياء في العطاء كرماء في التوزيع. (1 تي 6: 18) Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share. (1 Tim 6: 18)

3- تعود العطاء والسخاء 3- Get used to Giving & to Generosity هذا وان من يزرع بالشح فبالشح ايضا يحصد.ومن يزرع بالبركات فبالبركات ايضا يحصد.(2 كو 9: 6) But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.(2 Cor 9: 6)

4- تعود التوبة المستمرة 4- Get used to Continuous Repentance فتوبوا وارجعوا لتمحى خطاياكم لكي تأتي اوقات الفرج من وجه الرب. (اع 3: 19) Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord (Acts 3: 19) سمعا سمعت افرايم ينتحب.ادبتني فتأدبت كعجل غير مروض.توبني فأتوب لانك انت الرب الهي. (ار 31: 18) “ I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself: ‘You have chastised me, and I was chastised, Like an untrained bull; Restore me, and I will return,    For You are the LORD my God. (Jer 31: 18)

4- تعود التوبة المستمرة 4- Get used to Continuous Repentance الآن انا افرح لا لانكم حزنتم بل لانكم حزنتم للتوبة.لانكم حزنتم بحسب مشيئة الله لكي لا تتخسروا منا في شيء. (2 كو 7: 9) Now I rejoice, not that you were made sorry, but that your sorrow led to repentance. For you were made sorry in a godly manner, that you might suffer loss from us in nothing. (2 Cor 7: 9) لتكن اقوال فمي وفكر قلبي مرضية امامك يا رب صخرتي ووليي. (مز 19: 14) Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart Be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer.(Psa 19: 14)

5- اشحن القلب 5- Recharge The Heart يا ابني ان كان قلبك حكيما يفرح قلبي انا ايضا  وتبتهج كليتاي اذا تكلمت شفتاك بالمستقيمات.  لا يحسدن قلبك الخاطئين بل كن في مخافة الرب اليوم كله. (ام 23: 15 – 17) My son, if your heart is wise,  My heart will rejoice—indeed, I myself; Yes, my inmost being will rejoice  When your lips speak right things. Do not let your heart envy sinners, But be zealous for the fear of the LORD all the day;(Pro 23: 15 – 17)

5- اشحن القلب 5- Recharge The Heart  لا تخشى من خوف الليل ولا من سهم يطير في النهار. ولا من وبا يسلك في الدجى ولا من هلاك يفسد في الظهيرة. (مز 91: 5 – 6) You shall not be afraid of the terror by night,  Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday. (Psa 91: 5 – 6)  انا ناجيت قلبي قائلا ها انا قد عظمت وازددت حكمة اكثر من كل من كان قبلي على اورشليم وقد رأى قلبي كثيرا من الحكمة والمعرفة. (جا 1: 16)  I communed with my heart, saying, “Look, I have attained greatness, and have gained more wisdom than all who were before me in Jerusalem. My heart has understood great wisdom and knowledge.”(Ecc 1: 16)

6- اطرد الفكر 6- Expel Bad Thoughts لاني انا ايضا انسان تحت سلطان.لي جند تحت يدي.اقول لهذا اذهب فيذهب ولآخر ائت فياتي ولعبدي افعل هذا فيفعل. (مت 8: 9)  For I also am a man under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to this one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.” (Mat 8: 9) فشعر يسوع بافكارهم واجاب وقال لهم ماذا تفكرون في قلوبكم. (لو 5: 22) But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, “Why are you reasoning in your hearts? (Luk 5: 22)

6- اطرد الفكر 6- Expel Bad Thoughts صنع قوة بذراعه.شتّت المستكبرين بفكر قلوبهم.(لو 1: 51) He has shown strength with His arm;  He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. (Luk 1: 51)

7- اختم يومك بفرح 7- Conclude your Day by Joy نشكرك يا ملكنا المتحنن لأنك منحتنا أن نعبر هذا اليوم بسلام (تحليل الغروب) Thank you, compassionate Lord, for You granted us to pass this day in peace (Vespers Absolution ) لا تخف ايها القطيع الصغير لان اباكم قد سرّ ان يعطيكم الملكوت. (لو 12: 32) “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.(Luk 12: 32)

7- اختم يومك بفرح 7- Conclude your Day by Joy في منتصف الليل اقوم لاحمدك على احكام برك.(مز 119: 62) At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You,          Because of Your righteous judgments. (Psa 119: 62)
