Close the gap in education attainment and learning Take actions to meet the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in education Increase access through the expansion of less developed levels Reduce repetition and early dropout. One particular area will be strengthening grades 7 to 9 Emphasis on programs to improve teaching through integrated and comprehensive programs
