 Welcome  Our success because of YOU the employees  However, in the great words of Luis Heath Leber "There is always room for improvement”  The 4 universal skills  Critical Thinking  Communication  Collaboration  Creativity

 In this evolution of technology and sociology many people are falling behind  Pride in the work you produce  We are having you retrained with semi- weekly sessions for 4 weeks.  Painless and fun as possible.

 Expand the company  The more logic we use the better everything will be  Give us more clients  Bettering yourself  2 hours twice a week for 4 weeks  In the next 4 weeks you will ▪ Communicate with each other ▪ Work with each other ▪ Think outside the box ▪ Be creative

 Think on your feet and logically  When we will be out  Conserving time

 Move in a room with 4 to 5 people  But, you have to room alone and not with anyone and think and work on a presentation about “How to Expand The Company”  Be creative

 You all came up with ideas that will better the company.  We will select the best one  The winner gets to lead the project ahead

 How to talk to people  Communication is used everywhere  Miscommunication is a big problem ▪ e.g. An accountant misplacing a decimal could cost us millions.

 Telephone with a twist ▪ Get into 5 groups with 35 to 40 people ▪ Person starting will come up with a 5 sentence story about anything ▪ Passing the story to everyone ▪ Beat the other 4 teams ▪ Group closest to the original story wins *** If we catch you cheating your whole group is automatically disqualified

 At least some improvement  Self Improvement  Company Improvement  All of next week off.  Let’s get started.

 Working together  Necessary so the workplace isn’t dull and boring  People collaborate everywhere but you just don’t notice it.  Vital to run the company  I even do this with my partner who isn’t here at the moment.

 Drawing a Picture with multiple people  Drawing is usually independent, but now you will have to come up with a picture with two other people ▪ Get into groups of 3 ▪ I will hand out of paper and give a description of something diverse ▪ Collaborate to decide what it is and start drawing

 To show how well you work together  To get a task done  Also to see what you need to self- improve on in order to better yourself.  The group with the most creative and closest picture will have their picture framed in the lobby

 Being different and different is good  Think outside of the box  Adds diversity and a new perspective on things  Two elements of Creativity: Thinking and Doing  Everyone can come up with ideas, the important thing is if do something with it

 Company’s Next Commercial  Work in a group of four and think about catchy names for the company's next commercial  Will give out paper for all of you to make a list and show some items that will be used in the commercial.  Talk about this jot things down, list many names and talk among groups Write your top three with a (*)

 Well planned original names  To show your inner creativity  Whoever has the most votes will be credited and the name of the commercial in it.  Your creativity will not be overlooked.

 The whole point of this program is to better yourself as well as the company  You should have gain the skill ▪ To be more creative ▪ To collaborate better with one another ▪ To communicate ▪ Think critically  This retraining program has been very fun and I hope everyone enjoys it

 Here is the Agenda:
