Study Design prospective birth cohort n = 100,000 children Previous exposures and during pregnancy questionnaires (same from DNBC) – 3 rd and 7 th months of pregnancy – 6 th and 18 th months of children’s age bioespecimens: mother’s blood and umbilical cord blood and Guthrie Card’s samples
