INTRODUCTION & BACKGROUND PCR Foundation was founded 2006 and been registered as NGO is D.R.Congo by ministry of Justice under this number JUST.G.S.112/SC/ and have permission of regional Government to perform it activities in Eastern of D.R.Congo under this number 01/260/CAB-/GOUPRO/2007, PCR it is NGO that focusing in Peace Education and Humanitarian assistance, it deals with normal Conflict (ex. to reconciliation broken families, restoring relationship that broken because of Conflict and war, Trauma healing and Therapy program) and how people can live in peace with their neighbor s and their families, Right for Education for all Children, this causing us to looking for the donors for sponsoring a Child whom can’t afford to go to school because of lacking school fees (in this area we are focusing for the Children from displaced families and from slums areas) Humanitarian; to assist the young Single mothers whom are victims of sexually abused (through training them with self-help projects e.g. Opening small business that may help them with their Children).

Problem description and Map of South-Kivu in Eastern of D.R.Congo  By 2008 (for the history of conflicts in the DRC, see the next slide, BACKGROUND OF THE CONFLICTS IN THE DRC), the war in the DRC had killed 5.4 million people, mostly in eastern DRC.  This region, as compared to the rest of the DRC, had the most rape and violence perpetrated against women and children, which unfortunately, is a fact of such conflicts.  Despite various peace agreements, violence in DRC is ongoing and civilians continue to be targeted, particularly in the eastern provinces of North Kivu, South Kivu, and Orientale. Both government and rebel and Militias forces have been implicated in attacks on civilians. The ongoing violence takes many forms including mass killings, rape, and torture.

KEY OBJECTIVES OF PCR  1.To see the program of Health for Trauma Counseling been introduced in Eastern of D.R.Congo to help the victims of war and Violence  2. To involve the community to be a part of conflict Resolution through Peaceful way 3. To give chance for Displaced and vulnerable Children with Youths to have access for Basic Education TARGET: Displaced people People at Grassroots in the Village areas who are mostly the victims of war and Violence.

CREATIVE BRIEF: The war in the country has forced many children to seek refuge. Some have been recruited into the army and militias group as child soldiers by force. The unlucky died, injured or disabled. Women were raped in the presence of their husband and other members of the family. During the war children have lost their childhood. They have been made perpetrator and victims of war. Several mothers and sisters from villages occupied by militias groups, are living a life of shame because of what happened to them.

PCR MOBILIZATION ACTION 1. To see the Ministry of Health and all concern if they can starting the clinics of Psychology Trauma healing in Eastern of D.R.Congo for help the victims of war and violence, and show them on how danger is for letting people staying with anger and hearts’ wounded for so long time without been cured, and show them on how it maybe a danger for the future because it may bring revenge and make people suffering more. 2.To train more People and Leaders from Grassroots level, and more volunteers with Psychology skills that will helping the victims of the war. 3.Provide catch up training and Vocational for help young single mothers to gain new skills and be able to move on.
