Risk Management Overview  Risk management processes consists of: Identification Assessment Response Monitoring Reporting

Risk Identification  Analysis of risks involving: Staff (such as succession planning, information retention, etc) Environmentally dangerous elements (from buildings, assets, fire, etc) Security (information security and asset security) Threats (to projects or stability or company) Processes (possible problems with process management) Opportunities not taken

Risk Analysis Risks are analysed, and possible outcomes identified with their respective probability graded as High, Medium or Low. A risk severity rating is selected from High, Medium and Low. Certain risks need urgent attention while other risks can be ignored. High Medium Low MediumHigh Severity versus Probability
