Hello, my name is Alice and I am 15 years old.

We live in Bearsden, Glasgow which is in Scotland. We moved here from England, why I don’t know. I liked it in England, I had friends there.

My School I still go to school, the school I go to right now is called Boclair Academy.

My Home We live in a small terraced house in Bearsden.

One day I was in the science department when the fire alarm went off. Everbody was running and screaming, I ran toward the door but as I was doing so i tripped and fell, only just missing the table by an inch. The fire had started in the science department and the flames had already spread. I was surrounded by flames and the building was collapsing around me.

Then I woke up. I was lying in a hospital bed with my parents beside me. It turned out that I had actually hit the table and had been taken to A and E. The fire alarm went off because of a small explosion in a chemistry classroom.
