3 Carlo Ciliberti, P.E. Bio Carlo Ciliberti graduated from Temple University with a B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering; a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Widener University; a Masters in Engineering Management from Drexel University and is currently pursuing his PhD at Drexel University. Carlo Ciliberti is the Lead I&C Engineer for Lockheed Martin’s Renewable Energy Division in Moorestown, NJ. Previous work experiences include the US Navy, Fluor and CDI Engineering.
