Year 8 Kenya Gg/Te Students develop an understanding of third world life by building shanty towns out of cardboard in our games shed and have to carry water across the field with limited resources Year 9 VE day Food tech/History Pupils cook food with rationing and have street party

Reflections Teachers are brilliantly imaginative Kids respond well ( high attendance!) Needs tight organisation on staffing resources and rooms Cuts down on disruption by trips and visits Brilliant CPD for staff Strong emphasis on PLTs but still need to consider progression
