This is model of a rain garden getting its water source from the gutter. Model Of A House Rain Garden This model happens to be helping a house from having puddles of water on the path to the house.

1.Reduce stream flooding and storm drain overflow events. 2.Reduce pollution sedimentation in our waterways. 3.Provide habitat for wildlife. 4.Recharge groundwater, rain gardens allow water to filter into the ground rather than running along the surface. 5.Increase property value and curb side appeal. 6.Easy yard maintenance, the native plants are able to withstand any harsh whether and the come back yearly. 7.Improve neighborhood, work together with your neighbors, cut down flooding, and increase vegetation. 8.Get back $$money$$. 9.Save money on storm drain repair costs 10. Play in the dirt and just have fun!!
