To move the rate code to the Archive tab, use the Organize check box. Uncheck this box on existing archived rate codes if you wish to move them back to the Rate Codes tab. *Note-moving a rate code to the Archive tab will NOT change the rules you have set to send/not send or suppress/not suppress rates.

Select the language in which the description should display and click Add.

If you go to the Rate Code Manager and the banner is in red alerting you that this feature is disabled, this does not mean you cannot add package descriptions. This simply means your property has special rules and you should contact your Account Manager for those details. If the banner is green when you log in to Rate Code Manager, you can begin to add and/or modify your rules as explained in previous slides. If you choose to begin using the package description feature, please contact your Account Manager so that we may ensure your confirmation template is prepared to display the descriptions you enter. Always check your descriptions for spelling and/or grammatical errors prior to saving those changes.
