Good food for our health

Fruit Fruit is a part of a flowering plant that derives from specific tissues of the flower, one or more and in some cases accessory tissues. Fruits are the means by which these plants disseminate seeds.

Strawberry The garden strawberry is a widely grown hybrid species of the genus Fragaria(collectively known as the strawberries).

Oranges The fruit of the Citrus sinensis is considered a sweet orange, whereas the fruit of the Citrus aurantium is considered a bitter orange.

Blueberry Blueberries are perennial flowering plants with indigo- colored berries from the section cyanocoous within the genus Vaccinium (a genus that also includes cranberries and bilberries). Species in the section Cyanococcus are the most.

Vegetables In everyday usage, a vegetable is any part of a plant that is consumed by humans as food as part of a savoury course or meal. The term "vegetable" is somewhat arbitrary, and largely defined through culinary and cultural tradition.

Mushroom A mushroom is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus, typically produced above ground on soil or on its food source.

Carrots The carrot is a root vegetable, usually orange in colour, though purple, red, white, and yellow varieties exist. It has a crisp texture when fresh.

Lettuce It is most often grown as a leaf vegetable, but sometimes for its stem and seeds.
