Which Beautyrest products are included in the event? Consumers qualify for a Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet by purchase of the following items during the promotional period: Beautyrest ® mattress and matching foundation or RENEW ® adjustable foundation (minimum purchase of $799*) *not to include taxes, delivery fees, warranty agreements, non-Beautyrest ® products or other charges. Note: Consumer must be 21 years of age to receive the Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet.

What has to happen for the customer to get the Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet ? Here are the steps(continued): 1.Customer makes purchase. Store provides Customer a flyer explaining how to go about getting their Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet. Stores will be sent flyers to be given customers at time of sale. If, for any reason, flyers are not available, it is possible to go to the Current News page at to download and print a copy of the flyer which can be given to the customer. (No password is required to access this page.) Consumers may qualify for more than one by purchasing more than one complete mattress and foundation set. One per complete set. There is no limit on the number of per customer. DRAFT NOTES: Rebates checks are good for single-day, single-park tickets only. No multi-park tickets or season passes are allowed for this rebate offer. Only one rebate check may be submitted at a time and only one rebate check may be submitted in a 30 day period. At the conclusion of the event, each participating retailer must provide to FMG a listing of all Customers that have made a qualifying purchase during the event. This simple spreadsheet requires a modest amount of information--name, address, phone, retailer, branch, date and items purchased. The last date to send qualifying customer lists is August 31, The sale must be completed and FMG must be notified prior to that date.

Store notifies FMG using the “Beautyrest® Theme Park promo” spreadsheet (see prior page) that the Customer should be sent a Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet. FMG notifies Capitol Marketing that the Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet is to be released to the Customer. Note: Stores will not receive Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklets. Booklets will be sent directly to consumers. There is no charge to the consumer or to FMG member retailers for the Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet. FMG member retailers do not have to handle the Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklets. More Details Customers will receive a Theme Park Ticket Rebates Booklet from Capitol Marketing/Meridian upon completion of the sale. Stores will submit lists of qualifying customers to FMG/Capitol Marketing. Offer valid for purchases made between May 14, 2015 and June 2, 2015 only. Prior sales excluded. How is the event being supported? Vinyl 24 x 62.5" banner signs have been ordered for and sent to all FMG stores displaying at least one Beautyrest ® mattress and foundation set.
