Community Reporting Requirements All communities funded by SPF SIG grantees are required to submit data to the cross-site evaluation. Two evaluation instruments will be completed by communities: Community-Level Instrument (CLI) Parts I & II assesses progress through the SPF steps and implementation of strategies Participant-Level Instrument (PLI) assesses change in individuals receiving direct services (where applicable).
Purpose of Collecting Community-Level Instrument (CLI) Data Assess community implementation of the SPF process, changes in communities’ prevention infrastructure, and types of interventions implemented. Assess obstacles to the implementation of the SPF and prevention interventions.
Purpose of Collecting Community-Level Instrument (CLI) Data Assess the overall impact of the SPF SIG initiative. Identify characteristics of community-level interventions and approaches that are most effective in producing population-level and participant-level outcomes. Assist policymakers as they design and implement future initiatives.

CLI Responsibilities: Communities Community representative can enter data at any point in the reporting period. Community representative saves CLI Part I as a pdf and sends it to Evaluation team by the dates provided on the data entry schedule.
