3GPP2/OP Budget continued Time Off-set for Contributions As of November, 1999 each Organizational Partner agreed to a time schedule for submitting payments to the Secretariat. Invoices for the first installment were issued January, 2000 Second installment depends on accurate count of individual members as ascertained for each OP Second installment will also be reduced by estimated ‘payment in kind’ credit for hosting meetings April 13, Each OP provided target dates for future FY2000 invoicing. Secretariat will issue invoices on dates requested.

3GPP2/OP Technical Writers Guidelines Goal is to use guidelines when contracting the services of a technical writer for the preparation of 3GPP2 specifications. Technical writer guidelines were prepared October, Guidelines approved by OP Finance Oversight Committee April 13, 2000 OP Finance Oversight Committee requests that finalized guidelines be added to the Working Procedures Document as an annex.
