Life Membership Installment The Life Membership Installment Plan allows you to obtain a Life Membership by paying an initial fee of $35.00 and 11 equal installments. This makes the Life Membership fee easier to budget. The applicable Life Membership fee is determined from the schedule using the applicant’s age on Dec. 31 of the year in which the application is submitted. * Please note: Quartermasters must send all Life Member Installment applications to National Headquarters for processing.
