NCSU Center Pool $60K Annual Dues Company A - $20K Company B - $20K Company C - $10K Company D - $10K Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) Annual Meeting 10 Proposals From NCSU PIs 10 Proposals From External Institutions (Partners of the Center) IAB Selects 5 Projects out of 20 for funding – 3 internal and 2 $10K each for a total of $50K Center Admin $10K (up to 16.5% of annual pool) IAB Approves Admin Budget and it is processed via internal award Reduced F&A rate of 9.5% is used on Internal Projects and External Subcontracts funded from the Pool.
