What is EREY? EREY is a slogan/Acronym for Annual Fund Giving – “Every Rotarian Every Year” It is accomplished when a member gives $100 in a year. – $100 given to AF/Share makes a Rotarian a Sustaining member of the Foundation. $100 is $25 a quarter, $8.33 a month or 28 cents a day.

Why Annual Fund - Share? The Annual Fund - Share provides the money that supports most Rotary projects. – District Projects through District Grants – Worldwide Projects through Global Grants.

Where does the Annual Fund - Share go? Share System $ Three years ago the District contributed $100 to the Annual Fund – Share. In addition the district has $20 in Endowment Fund – Share spendable earnings. 50% $60 District Designated Funds 50% $60 World Fund Max 50% $30 District Grants Global Grants or$1 for $1 Global Grants Polio Plus Rotary Peace Centers Other Districts

How do I promote Annual Fund Share with my Club: – Annual Fund – Share presentation – Rotary Direct Presentation – Hand out flyers and donation envelopes

Member Recognition – $1000 in EREY Annual Fund – Share cumulative contributions makes the member a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF). Polio Plus or an Approved Foundation Grant contribution also counts towards PHF. – Multiple PHF recognitions will come as the member cumulatively reaches $ $9000 levels. – $1000 per year in Foundation giving makes puts the member in the Paul Harris Society. – Additional recognitions are available at higher giving levels.

Club Recognition – $100 per capita makes a club a District Star Club. – $100 per member with all members personally contributing make the Club an “EREY” or 100% Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member Club. – If every active dues paying member is a PHF the Club becomes a 100% PHF Club
