1. The Internet Development in China The rapid development of the Internet changes the life style of human beings profoundly. The Internet first came forth in America in It developed much more rapidly than all other preceding technologies.

1. The Internet Development in China In general, the Internet in China is developing rapidly. We also notice that all Internet users of 68 million only account for 5.3% of the total population of 1.3 billion. There is promising space to develop.

* 2.1. The Women Policy and the General Situation in China The Chinese government highly regards the equality of men and women as a basic principle in social development The Chinese government passed a series of laws, which provided a strong lawful support to women’s equal rights

2.1. The Women Policy and the General Situation in China Now, in our country, women have the same social, political and economic status as men. In the developed areas, there is only little sex discriminations. In some less developed areas of the country, however, sometimes there are certain sex discriminations in the traditional ways.

2.2. The impact on Education In the past, women had fewer education opportunities than men With the social progress, the education level and proportion of women has risen greatly, but it is still lower than men.

2.2. The impact on Education The Internet changed the contents, methods and even the structures of the education. It gives women more education opportunities

2.3. The impact on Employment Occupation is partitioned by gender traditionally. Modern network opens up new fields of opportunities for women The intelligence factor of network technique can effectively exploit the potential intelligence and avoid the lack of physical strength.

Some Examples Yu Yu, CEO of the Dangdang.com,Dangdang.com received her BA in English Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University, and her MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1992.

By Internet, women can: share the information and amusements express themselves communicate with others meet their needs Women are no longer confined to the home and work place; they have more choices.

3. Conclusion With the economy globalizing, women will face the great challenge. The network provides women the unprecedented free space and developing opportunities. we can do our efforts beginning with the Internet.
