The primary objective of SAFEFOODERA is to establish a European platform for protecting consumers against health risks from the consumption of food…. Objective of WP6 - External communication To establish links with stakeholders to facilitate pan-European dissemination and exploitation of project results. To ensure early engagement with other eligible funding bodies in Europe to maximise the potential for a wider network.

The present channel used is the SAFEFOODERA web site, which is divided into an open part (FRONTPAGE) and an internal part (EXTRANET).

Facilitating pan-European dissemination and exploitation of research results. the web site has been up and running since November participants may upload and download information to make it available for other members of the consortium and the project management. the web site may be upgraded to an interactive discussion forum to networking with stakeholders, including the scientific community. all the final reports will be made publicly available through the web site.

The evolution of the relationship with EFSA has been extremely positive. Joint meetings have been held in Kransjka Gora, Istanbul, Parma and Bergen. We will continue to update and cooperate with EFSA in the future development of SAFEFOODERA.
