 A partnership program between Career Crossroads and the partnering consultant  An engagement where transparency and obligations are defined by the need for both the partners to grow at an accelerated pace  A Recruitment program that leverages the network of affiliates to provide clients with guaranteed closure of positions Important Features of the Program  The partnership is broken into two separate functions – -Career Crossroads does the Business Development and Client Engagement -Partnering firm is involved in sourcing and candidate management  Career Crossroads will provide constant updates, clarity on the position and will have constant communication channel open with affiliates  Revenue sharing arrangement with all affiliates – business is guaranteed and owned by Career Crossroads Affiliate Program A Unit of Corporate Edge Ventures

Managed by Career Crossroads an RPO firm that has yearlong contract with companies Career Crossroads will guarantee some number of jobs that will be shared with partners for sourcing Candidate management will be done by the affiliate Client Management will be done by the affiliate Updates and Information will be regularly conveyed to the affiliate Online technology solution will foster transparency Positions will be opened exclusively or shared among affiliates Every affiliate will be given a score based on transparent rules – better score will ensure better terms of partnership (exclusivity, etc.) Incentive structure in place to ensure higher payout for better performance Salient Points of the Program A Unit of Corporate Edge Ventures

 Focus on specialized task of sourcing  Assured openings shared with very limited number of consultants  All communication regarding the position managed in fair and prompt manner  All information regarding the position will be conveyed and clarified  Position and business pipeline will be shared with all the affiliates individually  Performance based terms of engagement (exclusivity, rates, time for closure, etc)  Incentives for overall performance – in terms of revenue bonus Benefit to Affiliate A Unit of Corporate Edge Ventures

 Affiliates own the candidates that they have sourced for a period of validity as defined by the client  Any position that is filled within that period for that client – the credit will go to the sourcing affiliate  Duplication check will be applicable for a period as defined by client  Payment for the position will be done as stipulated by out parent contract with the company  Rates will be applicable for each and every position individually  Rates will range from 3.5% to 8.33% of CTC – will be there for every position  Flat rates will also be applicable as per the agreement between Career Crossroads and sourcing affiliate Important Terms and Conditions A Unit of Corporate Edge Ventures

 Career Crossroads send the affiliate application form ( attached in the next slide) to the interested affiliates  Discussion on the program between Career Crossroads and the affiliate. Affiliate fills in the form  Career Crossroads processes the form and accepts the affiliate as a partner in the program  Career Crossroads shares a profiles of the affiliate – the profile will be used to allocate requirements  Career Crossroads signs a contract with the affiliate  Career Crossroads and the affiliate provide a single point of contact each  Career Crossroads provides access to the affiliate management system – for the affiliate to view requirements and upload resumes Processes - Affiliation A Unit of Corporate Edge Ventures

Requirement sharing  Based on the profile of the affiliate (expertise, location, etc.), Career Crossroads will share requirements with the affiliate  These requirements will become visible on the “dashboard” in our affiliate management system – along with the terms for each requirement  Affiliate can then accept to work on the requirement for the terms outlined for the requirement  Upon acceptance, affiliate will be given detailed information for the requirement – enable the affiliate to better source the candidate  Affiliate can then upload resumes for the accepted requirements on the affiliate management system  All information regarding the progress of the candidates, status of the requisitions, number of vendors for that requirement will be shared with the affiliate  Periodic review of the progress for each requirement will be ensured Process - Requirements A Unit of Corporate Edge Ventures
