The layers of the rainforest are the emergent layer at the top, the canopy layer, the understory and the forest floor. Layers like hair layers?

It’s very sunny at the top. Who lives here? Monkeys, bats, snakes, bugs, frogs, butterflies and birds. The Emergent layer The Canopy layer The canopy layer doesn’t get much rain because it falls on the emergent layer! There are plants called air plants. They are called air plants because their roots don’t touch the ground. The following animals live here-birds, sloths, frogs, monkeys, snakes, lizards and lots of insects. The Understory layer The Understory layer has not much light but it has lots of vines. The following animals live here- birds, butterflies, snakes and lots of insects. The forest floor Is dark damp and 2% of light gets through. The following animals live here-jaguars, south American gorillas, leopards, tigers, elephants and tapirs. The Forest floor What, frogs did you say?

The Rainforests are getting chopped down to make paper. We can’t live without paper because we need it for education. Paper is valuable and we need to save it. Next time you use a work sheet and you haven’t used the back, use the back! RECYCLE PAPER!!!!!!!!
