QUESTIONS TO ASK  Will the program operate as a club or a class?  How often will you meet with your students?  Will the broadcast be "live" or "live-to-tape"? “live-to-tape” is an expression in TV production that means it is done in a live manner but recorded for playback later. If you make minor mistakes, you keep going, just like you would if you were live.  How often will the broadcast "go to air"?  Who is the intended audience?  What roles will the students be responsible for?  What type of stories will the students write?  Will you need a room or space to set up your studio?  Where will you host your finished products?
