Leonardo Da Vinci was born on the 15th April 1452 his death was 2nd may He was many things he was an artist, musician, doctor, scientist, mechanic, and a engineer. Leonardo Da Vinci’s real birth name was "Lionardo di ser Piero da Vinci", meaning "Leonardo, (son) of (Mes) ser Piero from Vinci". He was son of the wealthy Messer Piero Fruosino di Antonio da Vinci. He spent his first five years in the hamlet of Anchiano with his mother, then from 1457 lived in the household of his father, grandparents and uncle, Francesco, in the small town of Vinci. Leonardo had a informal education in Latin he learnt mathematics, geomentry.

The Mona Lisa is the most famous painting in the world it was painted by Leonardo da Vinci, people have there own opinion on what expression the Mona Lisa is feeling. Leonardo Da Vinci contributions to art show not only in his early works & master pieces, but also in his many writings. Leonardo was one of the three greatest artists of High Renaissance (the other two being Michelangelo and Raphael). He developed pictorial composition to achieve a more natural look as well as stability. If it wasn’t for Leonardo Da Vinci I think that we would not have half the stuff we have today because he proved to people that you can do anything you want because he done so many different things with his life.

He changed people’s way of life with his art because he made different pieces of art. People had there own opinion of what the painting was and what expression the people were given. Leonardo Da Vinci wanted to try new things like unusual painting. He did many things to try to find and discover and when he made something or found something people were amazed of what he did.
