Our body is a system of many systems that work to keep us healthy.

It is important to take care of our bodies, so they will take care of us. Click for “My Only Me: Good Health Habits” 1:29

Keeping clean Getting enough rest Taking care of your teeth Getting enough exercise Playing it safe Eating the right foods Ways to Stay Well:

Keeping clean Keeps germs from spreading Keeps you healthy

Getting enough rest keeps our bodies strong, keeps us feeling happy.

Taking care of your teeth: Brushing keeps teeth healthy. Flossing keeps gums healthy. Healthy teeth help a healthy digestive system

Getting enough exercise builds bones and muscles, keeps your heart strong, helps control stress.

Playing it safe: Wear safety equipment. Avoid accidents. Follow safety rules.

Eating the right foods: Eat balanced meals. Make good food choices.

Getting checkups: See a doctor or dentist regularly. They make sure we are growing healthy and strong.
