SOLAR ENERGY By Stevi and Megan

Contents the sun solar energy photos facts special thanks finishing touches

Sun The sun hits the solar cell to produce electricity and if you used this in Scotland you would live in darkness. this is because Scotland doesn't have a lot of climate! a solar cell is a solid state device that converts the energy of sunlight directly into electricity by the photovoltaic effects

Solar energy The sun is renewable unlike fossil fuels, coal, oil, gas. we also need the sun for heat and light and the light will power the solar cells. solar cells also prevents global warming as we are not using gases, oils, fossil fuel and coal.

facts The first solar panel was built in 1839 and was used in Solar energy is better for the environment than traditional forms of energy. You can even cook with solar energy that’s how good our technology is these days. Solar energy is getting even more popular. The worldwide demand for Solar Energy is currently greater than supply.

Thank you for watching From Megan and Stevi hope you all enjoyed the show and we hoped we entertained you and put a smile on your face.

Since we finished we thought we should bring up an important facts about global warming What is global warming? Global warming is when the earth heats up (the temperature rises). It happens when greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, water vapor, nitrous oxide, and methane) trap heat and light from the sun in the earth’s atmosphere, which increases the temperature. This hurts many people, animals, and plants. Many cannot take the change, so they die.
