Job insecurity has contributed to unemployment as many people feel that they are at a higher risk. acts as a stressor whereby the effect grows with the length of exposure

Interventions addressing unemployment Has three goal, which are: prevent unemployment and job insecurity. prevent the hardship many unemployed persons have. Protect people from physical and mental problems.

conclusion unemployment is a social determinate of health which affects our health negatively. It is important not to suck employees out of jobs just because of minor cases.
