WHERE HE WAS BORN Leo was probably born in Rome.

What he did He worked in a church and leaders looked to him for advice and explanation of the faith.

Why he was a pope. Leo was a great peacemaker.

Why did he settle fights He was often sent to settle fights between leaders.People wanted a new pope.

Why he helped people He helped the church out. Leo worked against people who said bad things about god.

Why he was sent to pleases He got sent to Africa as a minister for those who had been captured.

When he died He lived for 61 years and died in Italy in November 10. No one knows how he died.
