(2010 – 2013) The Vision: Build supportive neighbourhoods for older people Seek transitional change to existing ways of working Focus on prevention, health, well-being, and independence The Demographics: Older People aged 50+ living in Dorset excluding Bournemouth and Poole (179,000+)
