Citizens that do not qualify for Medicaid or carry private insurance will need an effective and convenient way to compare, enroll and manage their health insurance plans. TAKING A CLOSER LOOK: WHAT IS THIS HEALTH INSURANCE MARKETPLACE?

Anyone who does not have insurance through his/her employer, can’t afford coverage through their employer, or who is not covered by Medicare/Medicaid and otherwise uninsured.
