School Day Students may wait in Cafeteria or by Door #15 until bus leaves at 8:15 am. CHECK-IN TIME – 8:45am-9:15am, must Sign-in with Mrs. Tiwari and Mr. Mensah; tardy after 9:15am, absent for the day after 9:30am without doctor/parent’s excuse. Check-in or Check-out – at Collegiate office at CVC Campus when arriving late or leaving early – NO EXCEPTIONS Release time – 3:20pm (M-Th) and 2:15pm (F only) When on CHCHS main campus – Students will go DIRECTLY to the LGR!! Study Halls and/or Student Aide built-in school day to allow for monitored study time and/or internship/Clubs
Transportation Car Riders: – Parent drop off, 7:30am, Door #15 – Parent pick up, 4:15pm, Door #15 Bus Riders: – Bus drop off at back of cafeteria by dumpster – Bus pick up at CVC at Flagpoles, students are dropped off at neighborhood; last stop is at Collegiate – Routes can be found on district and campus website on the parent link Car Drivers to CHCHS: – $25 for initial sticker – Complete form – Turn in form and pay at Beltline Center – Park in designated areas (nearest parking to Door #15)
