Push & support national chapters to have YMC activities Request letter to national presidents sent out on February 15 National YMCs already exist in France and Austria YMC liaisons already exist with France, Austria, Taiwan, Italy, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Czech Republic, Philippines, Japan, Belgium, Britain & Ireland YMC chair attends national meetings if time allows, and promotes LESI YMC 9
Install LESI YMC mentoring program Idea: make senior LESI persons and YMC persons connect; involve YMC persons early on in “senior” affairs Draft guidelines & application forms finalized Identification of mentors and mentees at Rio meeting 10
