Respect is to admire (someone or something) as a result of their abilities, qualities, or achievements. Feedback in sport is information given to a performer about the quality of their performance.

Teamwork is the ability of a group of people to work together towards a shared goal. Roles and Responsibilities - the specific tasks or duties that team members are expected to fulfill during an activity.

“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins championships.” “Teamwork is the secret that makes common people achieve uncommon results” "The work of a team should always embrace a great player but the great player must always work for the team."

This is information you receive about your performance It can come from internal or external sources. External feedback can be ;Verbal Visual Written

Verbal Feedback - is when the teacher or coach speaks to an athlete guiding them with effective information about their performance. Visual Feedback – is when the athlete is shown a video and can view their performance to compare it against a model performer.

Written Feedback – is when the athlete receives information from coach i.e diagram of set play, tactics or change in training schedule. It may also come in the form of observation schedules / match analysis sheets.

Internal Feedback is what you feel during or after a performance.
