By the end of the meeting, participants will:  Revisit the purpose of the workgroup and the importance of each person’s contributions.  Understand the content/processes for our segment in the DOI mtg  Identify future topics/ideas for the Teacher Mentoring for Teacher Leader series.  Understand the format/structure of on-line follow-up to the Aug. Teacher Induction Academy.

 Talk with someone with whom you do not usually work.  Discuss:  The ways your program is supporting/mentoring teachers  Ideas/resources you have used/plan to use from the Aug Teacher Induction Academy
