Are based on solid research. Use proven, reliable, and valid measures to assess resilience. Are created by experts in True Resilience counseling/education. Assessments We assess student resilience using the Resilience Scale™ or the 14-item Resilience Scale (RS-14™) The RS and RS-14 are: The best scales available to measure resilience among college age students (Ahern, 2009). Highly reliable and valid. Fun and easy to take. Written at the 6th grade level. Available in more than 40 languages, including Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and Arabic. Either scale takes only 4-5 minutes to complete. © 2015 Resilience Center

True Resilience Profile™ We offer the unique True Resilience Profile for each student who completes the RS or the RS-14. The Profile is: A six-page report that explains an individual’s True Resilience score. Printable for each student. A great jumping-off place for resilience-building programs. Fun and positive. Program Delivery At the Resilience Center we: Use a hosted solution, branded with your organization’s logo. Do all the work of gathering, managing, analyzing, and reporting resilience data. Customize the True Resilience assessment to fit your specific needs. Offer baseline and follow-up True Resilience assessments, for as many groups as you would like, and at whatever time intervals you choose. © 2015 Resilience Center
