Are they involved in any of these activities: Deliveries where data collection is needed including a verification of delivery scan and/or signature capture Field Service - repair of anything, also pest control, gutter cleaning, pick up / drop off services Postal/Courier including package courier, medical specimen, legal, financials, etc. Transportation including trucking and vehicles of any size, busing, taxi, or any type of mobile services that need to keep track of events 3. Are they currently using a mobile phone and require scanning of bar codes? 4. Are these current cell phones breaking often, are they no longer available for replacement, running applications but need more memory, need the ability to multi-task with other devices? 5.
