Initiate and Innovate Year 2009

How to Initiate and Innovate ? As per Albert Einstein-people use only 2/10tenth of one percent of their intellectual capabilities And hence most people spend 99.9 % of their time thinking the way they did yesterday and because of which they operate like a CD, what is recorded is being used again and again. So actually most people don’t think at all, they just play the old tapes

How to Initiate and Innovate ? -Actually brain has two sides –left, which is conscious and the right which is sub conscious. - Mostly people work from conscious side and forget to use sub- conscious side, which is generally used by artist, composer, and writers.

How to Initiate and Innovate ? Pose a problem to the conscious mind and the sub conscious mind starts to find a solution But it only does so, when challenged !

How to Initiate and Innovate ? And how do you challenge ? Make a image of the achievement whatever you want to achieve. As you can think and imagine only in images not in words. So what you have to do is change yr thinking?

How to Initiate and Innovate ? And if you don’t change-it will be forced upon you. And don’t you think there is also lot of pain to be there without changing?

How to Initiate and Innovate ? So how to change the thinking? By acquiring knowledge Unquestionable belief Burning desire

How to Initiate and Innovate ? When you change yr thinking you change yr beliefs And when you change yr beliefs you change yr expectations When you change yr expectations you change yr attitude When you change yr attitudes you change yr behaviour When you change yr behavior you change yr performance And when you change yr performance you change your life.

How to Initiate and Innovate ? By design or default our everyday thoughts and feelings create our world. The ability to shape our future lies in the present. The world as we perceive it and accept it is the world that we live in. -Dr Walter doyle staples

How to Initiate and Innovate ? So to change your world, change the thinking by following these two things -Take initiative -Think innovatively

Trust this rteally works…….
