Poster #21 By: Tianjin People's Art Publishing House, it is a multi color picture of guards, civilians and Mao. Similar to Cultural Revolution reality : The little red books, A picture of Mao, people judging other people by what they have or wear. Different from Cultural Revolution Reality: All the people being happy, looking well feed, looking wealthy. Help advance Cultural Revolution: It help convince them to get rid of the four olds and be mean to people that had some. Subject Matter: In this picture I see men and red guards hurting a civilian. I also see army men and it looks like they are protesting against him. Artists, Styles: It talks about Mao when he was speaking at the “Yan'an forum on literature and art” And his message about it.
