ABSTRACT The Automated examination system is a Web Application built with usage of JSP, html, xml java scripts. Efficient way. Internet based GUI.

EXISTING SYSTEM No provision to create evaluation scheme. Not automated. No uploading/downloading option. No online result display. Manual work load.

PROPOSED SYSTEM Benefits Less effort and more efficient result processing. Reduces the work load. Increases the usage of Internet.

SYSTEM FUNCTIONS Introducing new subjects. Assigning subjects to faculty. Evaluation process creation. Entering CIE marks and SEE marks. Uploading/Downloading options. Generation of results.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

PROJECT PERSPECTIVE The product needs database (oracle 10g) & netbeans development environment which is accessible for the users who work with the product. Authenticated user can access the major functionalities, depending on user type. Some information can be accessed without login.

General Constraints User interface is only in English i.e. no other language option is available. User can login only with his assigned username and password i.e. no guest user facility is available. Limited to HTTP/HTTPS.
